Here, you'll find all the events designed for you. These events offer a chance to connect with peers, apply learning, experiment, and share ideas—so take full advantage!

As part of your programme you will be required to attend a certain number of hours, you can choose to attend a mix of Club Topic-ana, Special Guest, Hot Seat and Power Hour events in order to meet your OTJH requirement.Â
To keep track of your schedule, download and update your learning events tracker using the button below. Please reach out to your coach if you require more information about how events fit in to your OTJHs.

Please note: for learners who may be using an older version of the tracker, some of the event names may no longer match up. You can continue to use the older track should you wish, or transfer your notes onto the new tracker above. Ultimately, how you choose to keep track of which events you attend is up to you, just make sure you keep it safe when/should you need to reflect on what you have attended.
All our events are online where you’ll participate in discussions and take part in team activities. Our events are designed to help you grow and discover hidden strengths and talents.

Join our live support sessions for help with everything from Aptem to End Point Assessment. Ask your questions directly to our learning team!

If you have a particular reason you won’t be able to do any of the above, please discuss this with your coach so we can find a way to support you.   Â
• Learners who joined between Aug 22 – July 23: log your hours and reflections in the events tacker. Your coach will discuss these with you as a part of the Leadership Coaching sessions. So keep your reflects safe and to hand. They’ll also log your hours in Aptem for you.Â
• Learners who joined between Aug 23 - July 24: log your hours and reflections in the ‘Digital Learning Event & CPD’ component in Aptem (there’s one for each module). Watch how to do this here. Â

A Club Topic-ana event is our very own, in-house, purpose built sessions that we have curated to help you through your learning journey with us. Â
These sessions will resonate with our content and selected resources, helping bring to life the theories and philosophies we teach.Â

With all Future Talent Learning events, we promise to deliver the most engaging session possible whilst providing you with an impactful and meaningful learning experience.
Future Talent Learning partners with many different industry experts from around the world to bring unique voices and expertise directly to you. The Special Guest sessions will cover a broader range of topics than our in-house events, having less focus on any one particular module or mission, but still offering great insights to leave you with food for thought.

Some will be delivered by our long-standing partners and scheduled more than once throughout the year, others may be from new and exciting speakers/organisations in their respective fields that we schedule less frequently. But no matter who we have partnered with our promise remains to deliver the most engaging event possible whilst providing you with an impactful and meaningful learning experience.

Please note, that all special guest events are optional and have a limited number of (virtual) seats available. So if you're interested in the subject matter, register now!
There has been a noticeable shift away from the traditional reliance on leaders to provide all the answers. The emphasis is now on empowering individuals to discover their solutions, making coaching an increasingly vital skill for supporting growth and development.
Facilitated by experts in the field of coaching, these workshops will not only teach you the theory but also give you a chance to experience the advantages of engaging in collaborative coaching conversations, both on an individual and team level. This approach aims to unearth the strengths and untapped potential of those you work with.
You are welcome to attend as many Facilitated Peer Coaching sessions as you wish, but please note all sessions have a cap on the maximum number who can attend. So please only sign up if you have every intention of attending.
Our Support Act events are specifically designed to help you navigate your way through all the nuts and bolts that make up the Transformational Leadership Programme. These sessions take place monthly and are delivered by a member of our very own FTL team - ensuring you get the best possible information needed.
