Digital Simulations

Pilots, soldiers and surgeons have long understood the importance of simulating their activities in training to improve their performance and reduce the risk of costly failure in the real world (that’s good to know!).

Simulations help because we learn best not by listening but by doing. In this fun, digitally simulated scenario, you’ll work in a small team to manage a challenging scenario, designed to test your influencing skills and decision making techniques.

Coaching

Coaching is an essential part of our programme and will be in your career.

In our coaching session you will develop your coaching and mentoring skills and gain insight into a unique approach to team problem solving.

You may have the opportunity to present your own challenge and work with the group towards solutions.

You will work with a diverse cohort of learners, drawing on their experience and gaining alternative perspectives and insights from outside of your own organisation and industry.

Networking

Our networking sessions are your opportunity to make deeper connections with your peers on the programme in a less formal or structured learning event.

These events range from some simple fun and games to topic focused round table chats, but don't worry, there will always be a member of the the Future Talent Learning Team there to make sure things don't get too out of hand.

Masterclasses

Some of our events are linked directly to the module or missions of the programme. These sessions will help you better understand the topics of the Transformational Leadership Programme.

End Point Assessment (EPA)

End-point assessment (EPA) tests the knowledge, skills and behaviours that you have gained during your time on the Transformational Leadership Programme. EPA demonstrates the competence of an apprentice in their role. This competence is valued by current and future employers.
