An Enterprise programme is commercially funded by your employer. On completion, you’ll receive a Future Talent Learning Transformational Leadership Programme Level 3 or Level 5 certificate.

During your Enrolment Meeting with your coach, they’ll explain the programme to you, what this means when studying during working hours and walk you through the compliance formalities to begin the programme. They’ll also show you how to use your Learner Management System and Events Hub and be there to answer any questions you may have.
Your Knowledge, Skills & Behaviours Assessment is a form which involves you assessing yourself to identify your current level of knowledge and understanding linked to key areas of the curriculum. Once completed, this output will allow your coach to adapt your programme of study to support you and your individual development needs.
If your weekly contracted hours are 30 or more, the minimum time commitment is 6 hours per week. Our own FTL programme takes around 6.75 hours per week.Â
If your weekly contracted hours are fewer than 30, you must dedicate a minimum of 20% of your contracted working hours to learning while you’re on the programme. Â
Throughout the programme, you’ll be able to attend Live Learning Events. We offer a wide range of interactive Masterclasses, Simulation Games and Networking sessions, led by world-class experts in their field.
Â
The events are a chance to apply invaluable new skills and behaviours within a safe and engaging environment. They’re a chance to meet and hear from peers on the programme too. You can find out all you need to know about events in your Events Hub.
