All events are online; you’ll participate in discussions and take part in team activities. Our events are designed to help you grow and discover hidden strengths and talents.

We always try to be as inclusive as possible so if you have any additional learning or accessibility needs, please speak with your coach or contact our Learning Support team at sendsupport@futuretalentlearning.com

Our events sit within four categories based on the programme they are most relevant to: Management, Digital & AI, Business and Data. You are welcome to join any and all sessions, but some will be more programme specific than others. Check the event banner to find out where the event lives (some will overlap).

• Keep your microphone on mute unless you're asking a question or engaging in a discussion.
• Make sure you join the call with your full name displayed.
• Join from a safe space to allow yourself fully engage in the session, free from distractions.

Please respect our facilitators as well as your peers by following our event guidelines:

2. Join from a comfortable, quiet space that allows you to fully engage in the session. 
3. Keep your camera on throughout the event. 
4. Keep your microphone on mute unless you're speaking, especially if you have a rumbly tummy.

If you have a particular reason you won’t be able to do any of the above, please discuss this with your coach so we can find a way to support you.    

• Learners who joined between Aug 22 – July 23: log your hours and reflections in the events tacker. Your coach will discuss these with you as a part of the Leadership Coaching sessions. So keep your reflects safe and to hand. They’ll also log your hours in Aptem for you. 

• Learners who joined between Aug 23 - July 24: log your hours and reflections in the ‘Digital Learning Event & CPD’ component in Aptem (there’s one for each module). Watch how to do this here.  

• Learners who joined between Aug 22 – July 23: upload your hours and reflections in the 'Leadership Coaching Session' component in Aptem (there's on for each module). 
• Learners who joined between Aug 23 - July 24: upload your hours and reflections in the 'Digital Learning Event & CPD' component in Aptem (there's one for each module).
