Pilots, soldiers and surgeons have long understood the importance of simulating their activities in training to improve their performance and reduce the risk of costly failure in the real world (that’s good to know!).
Â
Simulations help because we learn best not by listening but by doing. In this fun, digitally simulated scenario, you’ll work in a small team to manage a challenging scenario, designed to test your influencing skills and decision making techniques.
Coaching is an essential part of our programme and will be in your career.Â
In our coaching session you will develop your coaching and mentoring skills and gain insight into a unique approach to team problem solving.
Â
You may have the opportunity to present your own challenge and work with the group towards solutions.
Â
You will work with a diverse cohort of learners, drawing on their experience and gaining alternative perspectives and insights from outside of your own organisation and industry.
Â
Our networking sessions are your opportunity to make deeper connections with your peers on the programme in a less formal or structured learning event.Â
These events range from some simple fun and games to topic focused round table chats, but don't worry, there will always be a member of the the Future Talent Learning Team there to make sure things don't get too out of hand.Â

A Club Topic-ana event is our very own, in-house, purpose built sessions that we have curated to help you through your learning journey with us. Â
These sessions will resonate with our content and selected resources, helping bring to life the theories and philosophies we teach.Â
Â
With all Future Talent Learning events, we promise to deliver the most engaging session possible whilst providing you with an impactful and meaningful learning experience.
Future Talent Learning partners with many different industry experts from around the world to bring unique voices and expertise directly to you. The Special Guest sessions will cover a broader range of topics than our in-house events, having less focus on any one particular module or mission, but still offering great insights to leave you with food for thought.
Â
Some will be delivered by our long-standing partners and scheduled more than once throughout the year, others may be from new and exciting speakers/organisations in their respective fields that we schedule less frequently. But no matter who we have partnered with our promise remains to deliver the most engaging event possible whilst providing you with an impactful and meaningful learning experience.
Â
Please note, that all special guest events are optional and have a limited number of (virtual) seats available. So if you're interested in the subject matter, register now!

Facilitated by experts in the field of coaching, these workshops will not only teach you the theory but also give you a chance to experience the advantages of engaging in collaborative coaching conversations, both on an individual and team level.
